NEW BUILD ON GATEWAY DRIVE

Our Gateway Drive new build was meticulously designed to maximise functionality on a smaller section while offering a spacious and comfortable living experience. We included thoughtful features such as a large walk-in scullery, an expansive linen cupboard, and plenty of storage options in the laundry. The garage has been equipped with power sources for a potential freezer or workbench, catering to various needs.

The home’s layout was designed to take full advantage of natural sunlight. The day begins with the sun gently illuminating the bedrooms, then moving through the kitchen, and finally bathing the lounge, dining room, and master bedroom in warm light. Ample windows create bright, inviting spaces throughout the home.

We designed the lounge and dining areas with versatility in mind — they can easily be swapped depending on your lifestyle needs, with future-proofed provisions for entertainment setups regardless of layout changes. Velux windows above the dining area and in the master ensuite not only add a striking architectural feature but also enhance airflow during warmer months.

For added privacy, large sliding cavity doors allow parents to close off the dining/sitting area, creating a peaceful retreat in the evenings while the children are asleep. The main bathroom is a standout, featuring a luxurious soaking tub, terrazzo tiles, and a sleek, sloped shower that exudes elegance.
