As a result, this Aubrey Way home beautifully merges contemporary design with timeless character, featuring weatherboard cladding, custom-crafted architraves, and skirting details — all finished to an impeccable standard.

Although the project slightly overran the timeline, largely due to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 climate, we still managed to complete it within a reasonable time frame. 

This house was our clients’ dream build — the forever home they envision staying in for many years to come, especially with family also building in the same subdivision. This spacious home was custom-designed to meet the unique desires and lifestyle needs of the family.

The design features polished concrete floors and an exposed ceiling in the lounge, creating a seamless connection to the pool area, where detailed trim work adds character to the exposed portico. The clients sought a blend of modern aesthetics and the charming character elements they admired in a previous build we completed.
